　　“Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (strongly preferred). Score earned within the past two years of 102 or higher on the Internet-based test (iBT).

　　TOEFL subject scores of at least 25 on the iBT are strongly preferred. When taking the TOEFL, use the U-M institution code: 1839.

　　The School of Information does not have a specific department code for the TOEFL; you may list "99."

　　You may choose to take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam instead of the TOEFL (minimum score of 7.5 required).

　　In addition to the in-person TOEFL and IELTS options, we also accept the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition, which is an online alternative that is identical in content, format and on-screen experience to the in-person TOEFL.”

　　密歇根大學(xué)信息科學(xué)碩士喲求申請者4分值的話，績點(diǎn)不能低于3.0.

　　A grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred. We do periodically admit applicants with UG GPAs less than 3.0, based on the strength of their overall application.
