　　HR專業定義：

　　人力資源管理簡稱，在美國大學的叫法有兩種，一種是 IndustrialRelations(勞資關系);另外一種是Human Resource Management。

　　HR碩士專業類型：

　　HumanFactor/LaborRelations，這種碩士大多開設在勞動關系學院下，比如Cornell、PSU、TAMU等。還有一種是開設在商學院或繼續教育學院下的Human ResourceManagement。像PU、OSU、 MU大學由商學院開設，而在NYU卻從屬于繼續教育學院。還有一些學校有專門的人力資源學院，開設人力資源的相關學位。
